I think I have a similar problem. My speedo and tach work just fine, but my temp gauge has moved once, my fuel gauge usually works after a few minutes, and the oil gauge seems to work when its warm (don't know about the battery gauge, it flew somewhere behind the radio, never to be seen again...) I'm not sure what is going on. I was going to try maybe reinstalling them, maybe they aren't on tight enough?

Did you plug in the wire plugs in the back of the gauge cluster there are 3 of them to
replug back in they have to snap back in.
Just put some in my rig they work just fine

Make sure the overlay is sitting completely flush. ****It takes very little resistance to keep those needles from moving****. Try driving down the street with your cluster accessible, but still plugged in. Allows you to make sure all needles move without repeatedly digging into dash. Hope I helped.

I have a few questions about these gauges. I have seen them a few places, and I really like the look, but before I dive into something like this I thought I would ask some other people for their opinion.

1 - Where did you get your gauge kit, and if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay?

2 - How much of a b***h was it to install? Are we talking take the steering wheel off, rip the dash apart, etc.?

3 - I keep hearing people having problems with needle calibration. Any thoughts?

4 - Do you have to manually reset the odometer, or is it digital and it keeps the same mileage?

Thanks in advance for your help.
