Question Bumper trim Replacement

I was interested in replacing the upper trim on the front of my Supercrew's bumper. The trim I have now is the plastic black and I was interested in replacing it with the color keyed piece to match the trucks color. I have noticed that the Lariats and 4X4 come with this piece. Has anyone changed this piece out, and if so how difficult was it?

FsuFan11, not bad at all to do. Did mine, ordered the part for the Ford dealer and it came painted to match my truck. Don't recall the price, but I think it was someting like $110.00. You can see the defference it made on mine by checking out My Rided below.

14 plastic clips that you pull the center out and the clips will pull right out.
Might need a pair of longnosed pliers, but that should be all.
