Talking White Faced Gauge Install

Here is my NR Auto white faced gauge install pretty easy to do, recalibrating everything can be a little bit tricky. For my speedo calibration I matched up with my gps on the highway and then timed it at 60 to make sure and now its right on.

When installing the white face gauge, was it hard to remove the needles, and then re-install them..

Why did you have to recalibrate? thanks

Question

Your white faced gauges look GREAT! I bought a set of them for my F-150 but chickened-out when I realized that I had to remove the needles from all of the gauges (I stopped after I had taken off the speedometer needle). Now my speedo is about five MPH off!

Any one have tips to recalibrate the speedo (I don't have a GPS)?

Thanks.
