unbolt old lights and grind down old bolts
a 1/4" plug in wires put new lights in and slowly tighten bolts and watch for any signs of plastic bulging

What size bolts are supposed to go in? I have heard about the problems people are having with the bolts being too long. I dont really know which bolts because my truck hasnt arrived yet. IS there a bolt from ford that you could get?

SCOOBY14B, Use the bolts from the stock tails. I used a stainless steel fender washer and 3/8 nut sliped over the bottom bolt. Tighten slowly.

I took the advice with the washers. Bought some from advance ($2), and piled them on. No bubbles or problems.

BTW...got all my lights on (heads, tails and corners) and it looks great on red!!!
