has anyone done this before
i was wondering if i could take off the front valance and put a 4wd valance on with no problem. i have a 2000 and wonder if anyone has done it, and if so how hard was it to do? thanks for any help

The short answer is yes it can be done. I have a 99 which has the same front end as your 2000 except the grille insert is a different color. But I bought a fog light kit that contained a 4x4 bumper. I removed the 4x2 bumper and installed the new one. Took about 10 minutes to change the bumbers. One thing to be aware of, the new lower valance will have cut outs where the fog lights go, and depending on the part you order, it may also have cut outs where the tow hooks go. So if you install the new bumper and it's got 2 or 4 holes in it, that may look a little funny.
