Post First Time Posting Topic!

Hey everyone, i have been reading this message board for a while now, and i have finally registered. I was wondering, what makes the early 97 and the late 97 to current corners so different, exaclty . Also is it just the corners or is the headlight assembly different too. and is there anything else that is different. If by any chance anybody has pictures or knows where there are pictures of the difference, that would be great too. Thanx for your help and you'll probably hear from me a lot in the future.

Welcome to the boards!! 97LARIAT18!!
The late 97 and up attach with a single screw. This screw is visible as you look straight down
at the top of the corner light, under the hood. The corners slide in on a set of rails, and pop into the mount with two peg style clips. The screw then holds the asembly solidly in place. If yours doesn't mount this way, then you probably have the early style. I have only seen the later style mount,so I don't know what the earlier style looks like. Hope this helps,,,,,98

Careful on the mods,it gets addicting rather quickly
