Angry Wet Okole ??? or what?

Ok... I know Wet Okole makes some pretty bad *** seat covers but really.. I ordered mine a week ago and they just charged me for them... so I call to get the tracking number and for the 3rd time that I called I get some ignorant sounding dude who seems like he has no friggin clue what he's doing or what's going on.... dude tells me "Uhhh we had to order your custom graphic and it could take 2 - 3 weeks to get it. When we get it we will make your seat covers and ship them." *long 3 minute silent pause*.... I say "Ok.... will you send me a tracking number?" Okole Guy "Well no but you can call back in 2 weeks to check up" is it just me or is that place run by only one ignorant dude? Is the customer service always this crappy there?

Dude take it easy. My covers took 3 weeks from the day I ordered to get them. They make each set of covers when you order them. They don't just have them setting in boxes waiting for you to order. Give them some time. Trust me, its worth the wait.

I got mine in about less than three weeks from the day I ordered them. While I was waiting for them I went to there website and there you can instant message their customer service guy. I asked him for my tracking # and he gave it to me and was very helpful. Just like KCSport said they are worth the wait

I am very happy with mine

dont remember how long it took to get mine for the 85. probably 2-3 weeks. didnt get anything fancy, just black outter with navy blue inner sections for a bench seat. so didnt have delays for logos, but as siad above, defiantely well worth the wait!!!
