Post Front Valence removal?

I was thinking about removing the front valance on my truck in order to get a better approach angle. I do a lot of offroading and have already smacked the front valance on some rocks and in a mud pit. One of the fog lights has also been pushed in and the valance is showing stress marks. Has anyone done this and if so do you have pics. I know that it will make the tow hooks more visible but what else would show underneath the truck. Would this open up my underside to more debry or hurt anything in the long run?

Hi, I replaced mine on my old 97' F-150. My girlfriend hit a snow bank with it. I think it took about 20 min to take off the old one and put the new one on. Just lay on your back underneath and you can see all the fasteners. Hope this helps. EVO
