Green Turn Signal Lights?
Hey,
I have Hiper 9007 Superwhite headlight bulbs in my Expedition and they look great. I also have superwhite bulbs in my front turn signal lights and for some reason they look green through the clear corner lens! Could it be the lens itself or the actual bulb because the actual bulb is blue.
Any input would be appreciated.

It's probably because the bulb itself is blue. I'm not 100% sure.

Automatic, Reg. cab, 3.55LS, tinted windows, bug deflector, Dual exhaust, K&N Generation 2 air filter, BullDog keyless entry/remote start, Modern 16" wheels, bedliner, Covercraft tonneau cover, White faced gauges, electronic shift on the fly, Clarion ADX5655z Double Din Cassette & CD, 4 Pioneer TS-A6865 speakers and superchip. Going to add headers.
Future mods: Supercharger, headers, NOS, tranny upgrade(heavy duty gears, clutch packs, etc.), performance torque converter, composite driveshaft, bore engine 30 over, new pistons, crank, and rods, performance heads, new L if they still make them and I like the way it looks, and a Z06 Vette or BMW Z3.

Lariat's right! Your "clear" corners are probably a very pale amber color when lit up. I know mine are! Assuming that, it's like he said... yellow and blue = green!

Ok so what kind of bulb do you have inside your clear corners and do yours appear to be lit up green also?

I changed out the stock amber bulbs for some clear bulbs I got at Wal-mart... can't remember the brand or part#, but I don'e like them very much. They seem dim compared to the stock headlamp bulbs even. If you find some that are brighter let me know, I'd like to replace them too!
