Question Help with installing 01-L headlighs

Can someone tell me if there any tricks to installing the new 01-l headlights, or do they pop right in with no adjustment?

I should have by the end of next week finally. Ordered them over a month ago and found out the manufacturer finally sent them out. I'll let you know how it goes. I have a early 97 so I hope they fit.

Thumbs up

Robin - Pretty easy - pull out the two sliding locks, pull the lights out, disconnect the bulbs. Hook up the new light, allign the prongs for the holes (check the sliding locks, mine kept sliding down) and push down the locks once they're in. They looked like they needed to be realigned, but there wasn't too much change after the dealer claims they re-aligned them. Have fun!

Just got mine today. I'll install tonight when I get home from work. I'll let you know if any problems. Reading other post, it seems easy to install. Be sure and add washers to the bottom screws so they won't poke thru the lights. Good luck.

Just now realized you're installing headlights and not tails. I don't have any yet. Sorry.
