I am the high bidder on you lights on ebay right now. Do I need to get a wiring harness, or do the bulbs just replace my old ones?

Just replace the bulbs.
What are you putting them in?
2000-01 Fog lights are 9005s.
2000-01 Headlights are 9007s.
Not sure what you are using them in, but I just plugged them in. They are 80W.
My 9007s are 55W/65W draw, 85W/95W output
My 9005s are 100W draw/output
The 9006s you are winning are 80W draw/output.
What are you putting them in?
