I just found a cool site, They can recover
your leather wheel, or cover a non-leather
wheel. From what I can see,It looks like a
pretty high quality service. They can rent loaner wheels for $25,and from what I was reading,the cost of covering is about

Why is the Ford steering wheel only $110?
sounds to good to be true. The only ones I've seen from Ford are those ones
they are trying to sell for 3 to 400 bucks.
I'll check with a dealer,then,,,thanks,,,,98

After reading this thread, I called the local Ford dealership for price on a 97 black leather steering wheel. They quoted total price of $151, incl. tax. I ordered one and it should be in Friday.

 

What colors do they come in? Just black,
or can you get ones to match your main int. color?,,,,,98

I did check my Dealer a few months back,(Westway Ford-Irving, Texas, 972-659-0333 & Five Star Ford-North Richland Hills, Texas, 817-498-8838). Both quoted me $110, but they did only come in Black. I will check them again and let you know.

Those of you who are not local, should tell your Dealer that you can get it for this price, but it is not local. Ask if they will do the same deal.

Put this [b] before the words and then the brackets with a /b after just like images. Italics uses an i instead of a b.

 

You might try ordering a leather wheel for an Expedition. I've seen them in tan, and certainly they're the same wheel.
