Can someone tell me how these are mounted to the bed??? Im thinking about buying one, but I can not lose my front tie downs. Is this going to be a problem??? Any pics would be sweet.

BLACKENDFORD the lund racerback does not attatch to the bed it attatches to the back sides of the cabsides around the rear window with screws and i think some 3M tape also it allows use of a soft tonnue cover not sure on the fiberglass tonneu? i have the lund fastback on mine it attaches to the top bed rails with three bolts on each side it is a angle bracket and then you mount your extender to the bracket they said i couldnt use a tonneu but with a little trimming it works perfect with a soft tonneu heres mine www.ftrucks.homestead.com

Hya!
The Racerback attaches to the cab, not the bed. It kinda hovers over the bed.
There is a simular thing that attaches to the bed and NOT the cab, but it is lower. It does not sit up higher than the cab like mine does.

Andthensometoo:

Thanks for the pics bro, it is very appreciated. Ive been looking for a place to mount a cb antenna too. Thanks for the idea. One more thing. Do those support brackets for your Racerback come across your tiedowns?? It sort of looks like it in your pictures. I need them bad!!!!

Yeah, they are over the path to the tiedowns, but not over the actual tiedown itself. I don't see much interference happening. Maybe at certain angles.
I see if I can get a few more shots and throw them up for ya to look at. You could easily duplicate some modified brakets, if you needed to. They are just to add support the fiberglass 'wing' part.
