thanks one50npump, yes, that is the one! I found out it can only be ordered in fiberglass. my local installer is kind of down on fiberglass. he's afraid I wont be happy with it.

if i were you i would get it. i got one for my supercrew and my 98 f150 and i love it. i believe fiberglass is better than steel. i like light trucks. i have A.R.E fierglass tonneau covers on both trucks too. if i ever get around to it i will post some more pictures of them.

again i would get them if i wrre you. they are only 700 shipped and it cost me 175 dollars to get them both painted at some redneck body shop. the only reason i went there in the first place is becuase i saw they were painted the police cars for the town.

if you need any info on them let me know.

One50npump: Is that billet grill the same one that is for sale on E-bay? If so, how do you like the quality and fit? How does it secure into the grill shell, if that's the one? Thanks for your reply.

Cool

Well, I did buy it on ebay, dont know if its the same you're talking about. The guy does always have them on there. I paid like $55 for it or something. It fits fine, It just sits over the top of the existing grill and secures with "wire ties". I know a lot of guys on the board have been "dissin" these, but it isnt going anywhere, those ties are pretty tough. Plus I added a few. Ive had the grill where you had to cut out the old grill and liked them fine also. Back to this grill, You can see the honeycomb grill through the billet only at certain angles, but for the most part you cant see it back there. So for the price I dont think it was too bad. As for the fiberglass hood, I had this hood on my 98, now its on my 2001 so its 3 years old and has held up fine, no cracks etc. I didnt even paint it in between, since both trucks were white. I think the paint matches better on the new truck than it did on the 98. its a pretty heavy hood, I bet it weighs 3 times what the stock hood weighs.
