Installing a Trenz billet grill

Blue:

Not hard to do at all. Just remember to take your time.

1. Remove the corner lenses (star screws). There's no need to remove the headlights.
2. Pull the grill shell loose of the underside plastic plugs.
3. Remove the top plastic screws.
4. Remove the shell screws.
5. Pull the grill loose. Notice the 2 clips that retain the shell on. You'll have to push hard to get back on later.
6. Push the grill out of the shell. The tabs may snap.
7. Lay the shell face down and center the new grill. Don't use pressure when installing....
8. Drill and RIVIT(ONLY).
9. Reinstall.

Post Installing a Trenz billet grill

I have a 2000 Expy and have a Trenz billet grill on order. How do you remove the stock grill? Is the installation process really difficult?
