Post Alarm problem please help

Hi,
I installed a viper alarm system from circuit city 2 months ago on my ford f150xlt truck. Now suddenly the alarm does not work. I can open the power door locks with the remote and the lights will blink once for on and twice for off but the alarm won't work. It won't even chirp. Also I checked with the second remote unit if it was the battery but I think it is not that either. What could be causing this? Also does anyone know if circuit city will fix it free because the alarm has 1 year warranty but does that also covers installation from circuit city or they can refuse to fix it??
I am in PHoenix Arizona.
thanks in advance.

Check the fuse link, plus turn the key real fast a few times to see if it resets itself. You should have a reset button too. I hope this helps!!!! Lariat#1

I would check with Viper if you are not covered. My Viper is covered as long as I own it. I was in Grand Forks a while back and my system had a glitch which would not allow me to shut the system off. The local dealer said he would replace it and just charge me labor. I took it home and it was replaced with a newer system free. I have had it three years. It was great when I looked up alarm systems in the phonebook for help and the only one listed was Viper.

Cool

Since the door locks work but no alarm or chirps.... It sounds like it is in valet mode. Check the manual to see how to get it out of valet mode or to reset it.
