Maybe someone can help me. I've got a 99 F150 Nascar edition with the lightning bumper but I haven't been able to hook up the lights. I went to Ford but they weren't much help. There is plug a wire hooked directly into the lights but where the wire should go from there is a mystery to me, and I don't have any wire to hook it into anything from Ford. I'm not sure if I should wire them myself or if they can be hooked into the wiring harness? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is very doubtful that the factory wiring harness contains the circuitry for the fog lights. You can buy a kit from Ford that includes the switch, harness, etc. I don't know the part #s, but I'm sure it exists since several people have talked about it. Try searching the archives.
