Thinking of Lightning clear lenses

I'm thinking of picking up some lightning head and taillights up off of e-bay. Has anyone seen or have these lights. They are running about $200 for the complete set, head, corner & taillamp.

If you are talking about these, they are fakes. ebay auction. The corners aren't anything like the Lightning corners. The heads and tails are close, but if I were you, I would get the real deal. Beware of auctions that list these lights as "Lightning Style".

Thanks for the reply's guy's, I really appreciate it. I was a little weary about the "lighting style" lights on E-bay. Thise are the exact one's I was looking at. Thanks for pointing my away from those

A few questions:

Green Crew.......Where can I get lights like yours. I want to lean towards the lighting or Harley lights, because I want to make the switch as e-z as possible.

SMOKIN.......I like your lights also. Were they E-Z to install? Did you have any problems w/ the wiring, bulbs etc......This is kinda why I want to stay w/ the lighting or harley. I think the install would be so much easier. Any thoughts??????

I got mine from a guy on ebay. I dug through my inbox and found the email from when I bought them. His name is Ed Churchill. His email is accessorydepot@bellnet.ca. He deals in these all the time so he may still have some. I got the Lightning Heads, Corners and the 3rd Brake Light for $260 shipped. Swapping the headlights and the corners is a 20-30 minute job, tops. Very easy to swap out. You will need to re-aim your headlights after the swap. The brake light took about 25 minutes.

Thanks for the info.......I will check this guy out.

By the way, your truck is Sweet. I just started on mine, hopefully it will look that nice some day. One other question, where did you get your grille. Besides the lights, chrome nerf bars & exhaust. A billet grill is my next purchase. I like yours, I see in your Sig. that it is a Street Scene. Did you get that off of E-bay also?

Thanks

Thanks for the compliment. I'm happy with my crew. It turned over 100,000 miles this week and I've never had any problems with it. I'm in the process of working on the suspension currently. I've got Bilstein shocks to go on next week and Hotchkis 2" drop front springs and 2" hangers the week after that for a total drop of 2" front/ 4" rear. Yes, it is a Street Scenes grill in chrome. I got it off ebay from an individual that sold his truck. You can buy it from Sporttruckdirect.com. I like it very well. My next choice would be a Grille from an 03 Harley F150. I am thinking about making the switch down the road.

I just paid 350 on Ebay for the L's Heads, Corners, and Third Brake light. Only put them in 3 weeks ago then I got bit by this HID bug and now I got the Sylvania Xenarc HID headlights on the way I got a deal on them 290 shipped. I love my L headlights so if I don't like the Xenarc I'll just reebay them or sell them to my mom so we (me and my bro) can pimp her beast (2001 stock Expy)

If you Mom end's up deciding not pimping the expy, let me know. I may want to pick-up the lighting lenses from you. I would rather get them from someone on this site, then to pick them up off of e-bay.

Thanks
