Calling all Super/Hyper White 9007 users...
Id like to get a poll of quality from everyone please.
What brand are your SuperWhite's?
Where did you buy them?
How much did you pay?
How would you rate the performance of them?
Would you buy the same bulbs again?
Thx everyone!

Finally received the lights from Fred at Sportbikes.net. I put them in Sat. night and used them the last two nights.
They are Eaglite Plasma XENON HID Color Appearance 100/80W Bulbs.
First impression of them is as follows:
Contrary to previous posts here the ones I received are clearly coated with a blue tint.
The prices do fluctuate, I paid $50.00 and before I received them I saw them on the same site for $40.00. I asked about this and was told it depends on who and where their supplier is, this tells me they change vendors so lights you may get there could very well be different than mine. (maybe yours won't be coated)
From an operational standpoint, if you are planning to purchase for practical reasons, like better lighting, I would NOT recommend these. My friends at the station and I all agree they are not as "bright" as the originals.
I do know they use some Kelvin color temp scale to measure them against HIDs. (not familiar with this unit of measure, I used Kelvins for temp reading before (cryogenic liquids) but not for light output. Light output is usually measured in Lumens or candlepower.)
Would I buy them again, no.
Would I recommend them to some one else?
Only after I explained my thoughts and impessions first.
Am I flaming the product sold or questioning the integrity of this product? no.
If you are looking for a cool look, then they are OK.
As far as quality goes, I've only had them two days so we'll see. I've been behind the local police a few times now and the lights don't seem to get their attention.
