cadillac conversion

I saw a truck outside my local grocery store that was converted to look like a escalade...do they sell these for f150's or was it a different truck? if anyone has pictures plz post

it was either the cadillac ext (avalanche) or a 1500 chevy with a cadillac front end. i dont think they make a caddy for a 150, but they do make navi clips for the 150
