Question Fog Light Assistance

I have a 1997 F150 that came with no fog lights in the front bumper. Anyone have a recommendation on the best fog light to use and which ones will fit into the opening in the bumper? Is there a way to link the high beams to the fog lights so they come on at the same time? Thanks!

possum, I put the Piaa ion 1000 series on my bumper opening for more than 2 years now and no problems ever. The thing really help in the fog (drove almost weekly to the Smoky mountains). It comes in a available brackets just for the F-150 openings or you can fabricate one from standard L brackets like I did. I paid 230.00 for the lights two years ago. The lights came with prewired relays and switches. These lights are not junks and they really help you see a lot better in the fog. steve

Possum: In my experience, it is not good to drive in the fog with your high beams on...are you sure this is what you want to do? Low beams are really what should be used when driving in fog. I live in Central Calif and we get some serious fog in these parts.

I put my fog lights on the black plastic air dam.
I plan on putting driving lights in my air dam opening behind a billet grille bumper insert.
