Lightbulb Picture of Ford's "projector" headlight assembly

Here is the picture of Ford's prototype "projector" headlight assembly for the F150. It is on the concept F150 4 Door truck named "Scuba".

Let me know what you think.

Thumbs up

Yeah, that looks quite nice. Any idea about the light quality coming out of the lamp?

The main beam is the ultra white H.I.D. light, and the secondary is a "pencil beam" driving light.

Wow! These are the hot ticket for my truck. Will they be able to be retro-fited to my 98. If so, when can I get them, and how much am I going to have to pay? (as if the cost realy matters)

Isn't this the same thing that's in the Navigator? Assuming you don't have any issues with the electrical system, looks like you would need a new lamp housing. They really look interesting though. Any idea how well they work?
