Hello all,

Does anyone know of any "4x4" shops in Northern Virginia?
I'm looking for a good wrap around bug delfector and maybe a tonneau cover.
I went to the dealer and he wanted $169 for the bug deflector and $450 for a soft tonneau cover, $955 for a hard cover. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Whoa, your dealer is trying to shaft you. I got my bug deflector from Ford for about $100 less than that. As for stores, I can't really help you since I'm in California. Sorry.

That's way to high on those prices!! I got my ARE top from a truck acc. dealer in MI. and even having them install, it was way cheaper. I've just now ordered my bug shield. I mean, how difficult can it be to put one of those on!! $64.95 and that includes shipping!! A lot of them are even cheaper. I would suggest you visit some of the online places and get some of their catalogs sent to you. It's worth the wait.

 

The price must have included k-gel!

 

Cabelas sells Lund soft tonneaus for $179.95. They look nice and fit very tight. I'm sure that you can find other places that sell them for these prices also.

 

If you are going to be anywhere near chesterfield, there are two awsome stores there. One wich i bought my truck cap in is "LEONARD" Truck accessories. The other is called the "Trucker's Toy Store" . I got my bug sheild at Leonard for about 60 dollars installed.
