Nerf Bars

i was lookin on ebay and they had a set of factory nerf bars for a 98 f150 reg cab short box. I have the f150 reg cab long box. Could i still be able to use these on my truck

as long as they are cab only steps they will work fine. I am almost positive that they bolt to the cab of the truck not the frame. I have the westin bars and the bolt to the cab.
