Question Nasta Nerf bars

Anyone tried the Nasta nerf bars? I did a long intensive search last night and found a lot of people went with either smitty's or westin's but I really didn't see any Nasta's. I like them because they are all 304 polished stainless not chrome over steel or something. Even the hardware is stainless. There is a good deal on them over at nerfbarwarehouse.com.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

Mike

Nobody has heard of them huh? That doesn't bode well does it? What do you think is it worth a shot? They are 279 free shipping and supposedly everything (fasteners included) are stainless steel. Here is the link.

Has anyone dealt with these guys before? If they are willing to stand by there products I may give them a shot.

I just ordered and installed the Nasta nerfs for my Silverado from this ebay site This guy is really good. As a matter of fact I bought on December 10 and had the nerfs in hand December 17 and they were shipped across country (free shipping too) The bars were themselves great. And as you said, all the brackets as well as mounting hardware was stainless. I was a little wary of buying these but did some research. I do think Nasta is owned by a foreign company, but according to their website, they are made in Bristol, Tennessee. Install was very easy took about 1 hour, a 19mm socket and torque wrench for my truck. Don't know how the install would be on the Ford but was VERY simple on my Chevy. Again, I don't have a long term experience with these bars, but they were the only ALL STAINLESS bars I knew of and I have no regets in buying them. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Update

Well, I did order the Nasta's for my 01 Scab and I love them. I paid about 10 more than the buy it now price from the ebay guy so I guess thats not horrible. It took about 45 mins to install them with a buddy. The directions are pretty horrible so it took about 30 mins to figure out the first side and put it on and then 10-15 to do the other side. They appear to be reasonable quality stainless as the magnets wouldn't stick to the components. I will post some pics once I get my truck cleaned up. Driving through that snow storm in KY over the weekend was a little tough on the wash job .

Thanks for the imput guys!!

Mike
