Hey guys I got some of those black projector lights off of ebay. Look like these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ategory=33710. I like the look, however I was changing bulbs this weekend and have a question or 2 that you guys might be able to help with.
1. When the lights are on they make a half circle pattern on the road or up aginst a wall. I looked in them and there is a piece of metal or glass not sure that covers the bottom half of the projector light. Is this what is causing the half circle look? what would happen if you took it out?
2. The lights are currently running h1 bulbs not the brightest, I have tried the silver star. I like them but am still not getting the brightness I am wanting. Do you guys think I would be able to put a h7 bulb in there for some more light or should I try for a even larger bulb?
3. How are you guys mounting headlights behind your grill, what size can you use?
