are these DOT approved for street use?

 

I am not sure of the exact laws pertaining to smoke lights, but keep in mind they are still fully funcional. They just look dark when the brake lights are not on. If anything I assume if would be a fix-it ticket, where you would just swap back your old ones for the day that the officer inspects them.

 

Got some smoked lightning style headlights/corners to make a complete set? Just wandering.
