Question HELP! Chrome trim removal question

Hello,

I have an '02 SuperCrew and I'm trying to take off the chrome piece that goes around the grill and headlights. I see all the screws on top. Some are exposed and some are under the black fan shroud plastic. I have all the ones on the top off but the thing is still on there solid. Anyone know what else holds this on?

I'm trying to take it off to paint it white to match the truck.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Chris

I had to remove the same piece to put in my billet grille.
There are also 2 screws behind each corner signal light. To get these off you just take the screw out of the top of the light(under the hood) and the corners will just pop straight out. There are also some plastic tabs you have to pop out along the bottom between the bumper and the piece you are talking about.

Hope that helped!

I forgot there are also 2 arms that clamp about a third of the way on each side of the grille.
Between the grill and the radiator.
