Custom windshield squirters for custom hood???

OK, got a new custom hood for the Lightning: looks great; love it.

BUT...

...there was no provision on the new hood for washer squirters. If you're familiar withthe std Ford F150 hood, just drilling holes for the nozzles doesn't appear feasible due to shape of hole required.

What solutions have you guys come up with?

Thanks!

I think some have placed them between the gap of the hood and the dull black thing that holds the wipers.

Ok I know they are cheesy but the LED squirters I see at pep boys and most auto parts stores have a round post that sticks thru the hood and then a rubber gasket that is between the squirter and hood. My friend has them and they dont work as well as the stock ones....kinda like 4 streams instead of a mist like stock. Or maybe check out a junk yard for other squirters that dont require a strange hole that way you can just drill and be done with it.

You could also drill a hole and bust out the dremel tool but I'm not sure I would want to do that with such an expensive item. But if you took the stock squirters and made a template on a piece of paper and traced onto the hood....you can get pretty good control with a dremel and the squirter would cover up any part that is less than perfect.

You could also try and get fancy and mount them on the windshield wiper arms like how GMC trucks are.

Just some thoughts....
