I hate to ask what seems like a pretty obvious question but since things are not always what they appear to be, I have to ask. Are bumper covers really what they sound like? Do they mount over the bumper and cover it or do you have to remove the bumper to mount them?

Does anyone have pics of a bumper cover vs. an aftermarket lower air dam?
