I have been looking for good pics of 2003 FX4 Supercrews with toppers installed on a lot of the member galleries, as well as manufacturers' websites. Can't seem to find any FX4s with toppers. Anybody out there have some good pics? If so, please post them or provide a link.

Also, If any of you are so kind- I need to know what the exact measurement would be from the ground to the top of the topper at the REAR of the truck. I know how high the rear of the Screw cab is, but the rear end of the truck sits just a bit higher, and I need to know how high it would be when installed. If anyone can provide this info, please also list what make and model topper you have. I am really only interested in the style that is flush with the top of the cab, not higher.
