Got my corners today...

I got the corners today and the box was huge. Scratching my head I opened it up and it was F250 corners. After 30 minutes on the phone they are mailing out the f150 clear corners today. I'm not very patient and I gotta wait six more days before they will be here. Hopefully my headlights will be right. They will be here Wednesday. Always something to wait on.

Yeah I have a ton of stuff on order and am anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Most of my stuff should be here before this weekend. I can't wait to get started. My black headlights, troyer stage 1 for the 4.2, my bulbs, and my glow overlay guages all should be here soon. I wish friday would hurry up and get here.

They look great and fit very nicely. I just have been sick for the last day. I'll try to post pictures tomorrow. The fit is excellent and they match my lightning fog lights perfect. I turned some heads when i was driving to work and driving home.

Is the screw torx or hex that holds the corner in. I gotta get something to fit it from the machine shop. Any help would be appreciated. I am leaning toward torx.

I think they're a 9/32 hex.

I know it's HEX... and I believe that the 9/32 is the size. It should take you no more than 2 minutes to remove and install your new ones... it's ULTRA easy.

Hex shwwww. I thought it was gonna be torx. Ok now do I have to remove the headlights to get the factory corners out? That my final question and hopefully I will get some pictures up today.

no you do not need to remove the headlights to put on the corners.open the hood and look down towards the light youll see the hex....they are on tracks and they kinda slids right out......give em a lil wiggle and they will come right out..........good luck

Just like priddy said. Nope, you don't have to yank the heads to get to the corners. They're held there by one hex.... really, it should only take you 5 minutes to do both of them. Don't sweat it. It's INCREDIBLY easy.

Well there is only one fitting way to start this post. Back in 2002 I looked like this...

Then about april I changed my fog lights to 2002 lightning style.

Nice Huh...
