Question????

I saw the aftermarket fake hood air scoops from lund and was wondering if maybe the drivers side one could become functional if a hole was cut underneath to allow air to be channelled into the air filter?
Would the air underneath blow the air scoop right off the truck?

i dont see why not but you then affect the structal integrity of the hood in a crash.

Why not go for a ram air set up with the intake mounted undee the bumper... do it with an old ShopVac hose.

Need help with hose mod

I was thinking of doing the hose to bumper thing but could not figure out where to route the hose? Also what do I need to put on the front of the hose to maximize the air intake?
