They make that air damn for the 99's and up, they have a different bumper than the 97 and 98.

eposey,
Sorry for the confusion, what I meant was that airdam was not avalible for the 97-98 model years as lifeguardjoe had photoshopped on his truck, only the complete bumper cover.

lifeguardjoe,
Great job on the photoshop, think you could put a white one on mine?

Thanks!

ohhhhhhh, my bad, forgot you had the 97-98 models.

Whats everyones favorite front end in that gallery? I am talking aftermarket, excluding the OEM Lightning and Harley front ends. I am going to get a bumper or airdam some time within the next 2 or 3 months. I wanted to know everyones opinions. I like the any of the SS gen 2-4 and the truckmaster.

Here's a better looking Stock, then color matched XLT 2wd lower valence

At least I think it's better looking than the stock flat grey..

I never liked that air dam before because I've never seen it on a truck, but that looks damn good!! Umm, do you want the way I had it on my truck or the whole thing like it's supposed to be?

ok, well since white is really hard to do, this is my best attempt. Sorry it's kinda crappy looking but you get the idea.

I think I have another idea of how I want to do this, just give me a couple more minutes

Ok, this one I spent more time on, and it came out better. White is such a bitch to work with.

You ought to just go with the 97-98 SS L cover with chrome billet grilles, that would look awesome on your truck. It looks good how it is too. I like it a lot.

lifeguardjoe,

Man, thanks for all your time and effort, I think it looks great! I would be buying one if it was available. I do also like the full cover by Street Scene, but hate to cover any chrome, since I have been adding more chrome to it with the chrome antenna base and Navigator chrome door handles.

KCSport, if you are asking about my scoop, it is from a 2001 Mustang GT.

Ever seen the chrome smoothie air dam? I don't have it in my gallery yet, but i think you can find it somewhere on godfather customs site. Might be something you would be interested in.
