Question Vent visors

Any where on the net that I can get some CLEAR or color matched window visors? If I can get them clear, I will just paint them just like you would a clear bug shield. Or can I just paint the smoke color ones? (you know, with all these "where can I..." posts, I am beginning to annoy myself. lol)

I wouldnt advise you to paint in front of or behind the smoked ones.

I would advise against painting. you will be making a wide "A" pillar even wider and creating a visual obstruction (read: potentially illegal)

I just painted the smoked ones, was to much of a pain trying to find clear. As far as and obstruction, its not bad at all, no more then the smoked visors. My advise is make sure you prep them better then I did I thought I did a really good job prepping but still had a few spots in it and had to sand it back down and repaint. I used acrylic enamel. Trying to save some money. I would recommend a base and clear. I haven’t taken any pics yet but I will try to get some this weekend if it ever stops raining.
