Angry Westin Bull bar

I have a 98 2WD wun-fiddy and really like the Westin Bull bar. However, the Westin website says it's for 4WDs only. I was wondering if any of you out there in F150 land have a 2WD and have gone ahead and installed a bull bar anyway. Pics would be cool too. Thanks guys!

Thanks for the response RockPick! I think I'm gonna go ahead and order one. Worst case scenario, I return it.

Yeah, I think you've got a really good shot at it working. Very little is different from 4X4 to 4X2 when it comes to body and frame.

Also, 'GrizfromKY'... are you from Kentucky? I'm in Louisville... I noticed you were listing yourself in Georgia...

Thanks RockPick! Yes, I'm from a small town called Mt. Sterling. I'm an aircraft Maintenance officer in the Air Force, and am stationed down here for now. Hope to end up in the Ville working for UPS in a few years though. My sister and brother-in-law run the Louisville Athletic Club, so I'd be close to family. Take it easy!

Thanks for the info Mike! I've pretty much talked myself out of it anyway. I'm really leaning toward a 4x4 S'Crew. I'm not going to spend any more for extras on this truck. Thanks again!

Well, if and when you get back up here, be sure to look me up. We'll go grab a drink or something...
