Question Engine Oil Cap

Was wondering if anyone knew where to find a replacemant oil cap that maybe has the FORD OVAL LOGO on it instead of the words "OIL & a oil can picture", and any other engine dress up items like the power steering cap and Brake resivior cap? If they all had the Ford LOGO that would be really nice and I would prefer that to chrome, or even a Anodized Aluminum would be nice.

Thanks,
Richard D.

Richard, I haven’t found the Ford oval but I have found a F150 chrome cover, scroll down on the page and you’ll see it. They also carry some nice chrome dress up for the cab…

Thanks Quickbrick, The F150 one is pretty cool but the price is a bit on the high side then again Ford probably wants that much for a replacement.Anyone else know of some more that may be available?

Richard, email Vapor, he can make you anything you want. You give him a rough design, and he can most likely make it

I really am not looking for decals to stick over the caps since I am not even sure they would stay on very well considering they are not flat surfaces. What I would really like to find is either some Anodized Aluminum or Chrome with Ford Racing logo are even some F150 insignia stuff for the Oil Fill cap, Power steering , Brake resivior ,and the Coolant cap. I do however like the Black Ford Logo replacement badges he made and wouldn't mind replacing mine witha set of those for my tailgate emblem and front grill emblem.

I hear ya....But the Billet stuff is all i've sen out there....And Terrys stuff just isn't a stupid sticker ..It's gel coated to look just like the emblem on your grill.....Other than that i think your options are limited...sorry...There isn't much demand for us lowly truckers...

Yeah and it really sucks.
And i wasn't implying that Terry's stuff was cheap in fact I liked it a lot, I would like to replace my Blue FORD Emblems with his black ones but am not sure exactly what i need to do it. One of the aftermarket manufactures I talked to once told me that the demand for F-150 stuff isn't great enough to justify making things, this is because they feel most F-150's are used as work trucks and not enough people upgrade thier trucks. So my reply to him was he better go check out F150online and he will see there are plenty of us out here who like making the best truck in the world even better. Where have you seen the billet caps at?

Yeah i hear ya again !! I tried getting a plain old FORD or F150 plate ring from this guy(where i got my oil cap http://www.mgwltd.com/ but he said there isn't enogh demand for it to get the machining set up!!! It really sux....The other problem i'm having is trying to find a tuner that works with N/A 4.6L's They only want to deal with L's...It's not fun out there for us......And i'm still trying to get stock length braided steele brake lines!!

Well ROUSHFAN I have good news for you I have found stock Stainless Brake Lines for our trucks after searching for about the last 2 months or so. Russell is making them for our trucks however they are not yet available because Russell is waiting on some fittings so they can start assembly on them. You can purchase them thru www.Truckperformance.com however I suggest that you call them @1-800-719-8100 and speak to LEON at ext.233 what they will do is put them on backorder and as soon as Russel ships you will get yours. That is what I have done and they only cost about 85.00 and should be ready for delivery in April at least that is what I have been told. Russell part number for 90-99 F150 2wd/4wd is #693220 and it is a 3piece kit two front lines and 1 rear.
