Exclamation Hey Vapor! Got a job for ya....

Hello Mr, Vaporlock!

Ive seen you do some pretty amazing stuff with your skills. I had an idea last night and was wondering if it was possible. The fender badges on my 00 150 are starting to look like crap. The chrome portions of the badge are pitted, now you cant see this from far away, but I am a stickler for detail and like my truck looking new. Then I though about your business of "gel coating" badges. Then I had a few more brain cells collide and thought of the van we have at work with "gel coated" badges from the factory....Hmmmm.....THEN i thought even MORE! Yes, i was really bored at work last night...I thought i like the appearance of the F-250 badges on my dads Super Duty more than my 150, so lets combine all of this shall we? Can you do this?

Im sure you know what a regualr F-150 bage with the Triton V-8 under it looks like, no need for a pic here. This is what i currently have on my fender.

Now, looking at the F-250 badge shown here:

I would like the F-150 in place of the 250 (duh), the XLT in the same style type, size and color and then Triton V-8 where it says Super Duty in the same Chrome lettering.

Now, I also took a pic of the "gel coated" badges on the van at work as to maybe help you out a little bit, here it is here:

So, could you imcorporate these ideas in to one way cool NEW badge? Is it possible to maybe PhotoShop it so I could see what it looks like first? I would be very interested in something like this, and I am sure others would be also. So, lemme know what you can do! Any other questions can be left here, or at rwvmedic422@hotmail.com

Thanks! and sorry for the long post!

Medic

Thumbs up Good Idea!

I'd probably take one of those, too.

Angry

Hmm, sent an E-mail to Vapor at his site.....no reply as of yet, not even a "go **** yourself!" So, i guess he is either not interested or is so rich from all the other stuff he made that he retired early, who knows! Is this guy still alive? Anyone know? Or maybe know who WILL do this work if they are interested??

Thanks, medic

Try sending him another email. When I was looking to have some work done he never responded to my first email either. Then for the hell of it I sent him a second. This time he responded right away and the work was done within a week. He did a great job on it to. This was just a couple of weeks ago.
