Billet Grill Install ?

Billet Grill Install ?

Ok, I have my billet grill ordered. It should be here the 13th. I am looking for hints. Any do's and don'ts. All advise is welcome.

Lightbulb Good Question.....

Yeah, if it's an insert, you'll get black nylon tie straps and it just straps on over the existing grill....

If its a complete grill, you'll have to remove the Grill and Light housing off and remove the stock grill and install the new one....

Not real hard, but just time consuming....I hope you got the replacement instead of the insert because I think putting the insert is kinda cheap.....

I put a grill insert on today. Almost froze doing it. It will help you a great deal to take off the grill and surround. I have a lower one to install, but I got to cold.

Just did mine. A little bit of a pain. Needed to remove entire grill. Had to loosen the bumper to get the grill assy out. Also had to borrow a rivet gun. Installed a Carriage. Had to cut 2 tabs - bottom outside and could only rivet 6 of 8 recommended. Instructions way incomplete of entire job.

What kind of grill is that (brand) and is that an overlay? Looks great! How much that run you? Thanks.
