Angry Problem with ProCarParts.com

Well last night I tried ordering a br.aluminum guage bezel from procarparts.com. The first time I added the part to my shopping cart, and proceeded to check out. After filling out all my info, and clickin on 'continue' I gett a message saying my shopping cart was empty.

So I try again, and get the same thing. I tried emailing, and phoning the company but no response, not even a message machine to leave a voicemail. GGRRRRRRR!!!

anyone have problems like this with these guys? I'm afraid I have two bezels cominng now....If I do, I guess I'll try to see if anyone here wants it

Just curious if anyone else has had issues with this company. Thanks.

I've done 3 transactions with them. Two were PITA to get my stuff from their Ebay auction. If I was you, I'd try to stay away from them. Good luck trying to get ahold of them. They never answer the phone or emails. They sell several hundreds of stuff on Ebay. I would contact you credit card company and see if there's be charges from them.

thanks, doing so now.

No charges, since yesterday, so I THINK I'm ok. I'll keep watching though.

I was trying to buy a brushed aluminum guage bezel...anyone know where I can find this elsewhere?

I have not had any problems with www.procarparts.com. In fact, recently I had ordered some foglight bulbs from them that had a 5-year warranty and one of them blew after a couple of weeks. Contacted them by email and they ended up sending me another PAIR as a replacement - had to pay $8.00 for shipping them, but was worth getting two new bulbs. Made all my contacts by email.

Anyways, good luck - hope you get some service.

Thumbs up

I ordered one last night actually I got the polished Trenz one, but they have the brushed also. $57 dollars or so with shipping, not bad for a Trenz piece. The brushed is $39.95 plus shipping. I have the APC right now. Fits okay, but had to do some trimming for the trans indicator. Not enough room.,,,,98

Street Beat customs

Shoot, just noticed they don't have them for the 99 and up. Sorry man, didn't mean to get your hopes up.

Smile procarparts

recently ordered their air intake system and had no problems other than about 10 days to receive it.
I did email a question to them and had an answer in 36 hours

I have heard mixed reviews about ProCarParts. They do an extreme amount of business on Ebay and you can check their feedback to see how they act. I ordered some 194 bulbs from them one time and didn't have any problems. The bulbs were kinda crappy, but they work and I didn't pay very much for them.

Hope you get your problem solved.

WARNING

I would never buy from Procarparts.com again. To make a very long story short I bought a billet fuel door from them which arrived scratched up and was very cheap quality. I took two months and many unreturned calls to get my money back.
