The 8302 will give CRAZEE power to the thunderform. Be careful as mtx amps are know to be very underrated. the 6500d is rated for 500w@2ohms, but makes more like 775!
The 8302 is rated for 300wx1@4ohms. Wouldn't surprise me to see closer to 500 out of it.
