2013 amp/sub adapter

I want to install an amp and sub in my new truck. It's a 2013 xlt screw and since the head unit changed for the 2013 (sync non touch screen) with no nav, I don't know which adapter to get. I want to keep the factory unit. Do they have adapters for the 2013's yet? http://www.pac-audio.com/productDeta...&CategoryID=28

I know kicker's amps accept speaker level inputs from factory door speaker wires. There are also plenty of adapter blocks that take in a speaker level from a door panel and transform it to line level. These, however, require you to splice into the factory speaker wires. That's about as much as I know because I've always went ahead and done an aftermarket install for better control and quality. Hope that helps.

I have a 2013 STX and wanted to install an amp and sub using the existing head unit. Has anyone done this yet?

As far as specifically for the 13 f150's not that i know of. But you dont realy need to wait for one. But here are many line out puts you can use. The Scosche LOC80 will work just fine if your just using a monoblock or a two channel for a sub. All you have to do is splice into your speaker wires to hook up the hi-lo.
.
Now if you plan on hooking up a 4 channel amp as well you should look into a more advanced hi-lo such as the AudioControl LCQ-1. this allows you to set your filters that one would normally do on an aftermarket deck.

I also would like to do this but my amp is set up for a high level input... Is it easier to go from the back of the deck for the wires or go straight to the door speakers or even the a pillar tweeters? Any words of advice for either of us would be helpful! Thanks

Definitely easier from the back of the headunit plus its easier to place the hi-lo behind the radio
