2011 Supercab Amp Location

Has anyone tried mounting an amp on the bottom of the rear seat, on a rigid panel?

Heated Seat

I think it would be fine under the seat in the winter but summer is another issue...got to keep in mind that they put off quite a bit of heat and that will be transmitted up...might make for a warm rear end...

I mounted mine on the back wall.

Mounting them upside down is not a good idea. Heat rises...

It depends on the amp used. MOSFET amps run much cooler, so do the "D" amps..........
