3 ways, a line output converter, an amp with a line (speaker level) input or a new deck and run RCAs. The problem with the first 2 is you will never get the same bass (low frequency) that you would from a dedicated low(sub) output from an aftermarket deck.

You will also lack power because of the power of the output from a lineout convertor.

Yea what Norm said. Feedback is caused by cheap wires or horrible wire placement (running the rcas along the power wire). A decent line out and decent rcas will make all the difference, just remember you get what you pay for.

I've used LOCs before and they worked fine. The problem with those are the noise they can produce, so you'd need plenty of headroom out of your amplifier. Your best bet is to go high level and ground the negative of the RCAs to help eliminate noise, or go with (what I think everyone can agree with) the best route of upgrading your headunit to one with a dedicated low level output. Far better bass control and response.
