Question Amp Placement in 2003 Super Crew

I have an 03 F150 Super Crew and I am eventually going to put a sound system in it...Custom Rear Console Box with two 12" Kicker Solo Baric L7's.

I have been wondering if I could possibly mount the amps, I will have a 1000W Mono Block Class D per sub, behind the seats in the little compartments behind the seats? The Space goes all the way across, there are no obscructions between the sides.

Im mainly concerned about airflow...is there enough or ANY behind there for the amps? Could/would it be fesiable to mount a small fan or something back there to cool them?

Here are a few pics. The backis not smooth but i'm sure a bracket or something could be made?

Has anyone ever done this or does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!

I have an 02 Lariat screw. I have a pair of shallow mount MTX's mounted behind my rear seat. My amps are mounted under the rear seat. They get pleanty of airflow but it may be from the subs pushing the air over them.

i think you'll be ok...i only have a zx400 and a kenwood 8405 but i dont have any issues at all with mine back there. i've read some posts about the 8405 getting very hot in normal applications and i'm still fine. i'll be moving to a much bigger amp soon and honestly i don't have any worries. sorry i couldn't give you a solid answer about a big amp but that's where i'm at.
