I have 2 infinity ref 6830cs component sets I'm adding in the front soundstage and rear of my ext cab f150. I can't make heads or tails of these speakers specs and what amp I should run to power them. I know I want a four channel amp to power them. I have no clue in what I should buy. I will be fine powering these with a 4 chan amp but just wanna know what will do the job the best. I was looking into an infinity ref 4 chan amp which is 100 watt rms X 4 its 259 bucks from sonicelectronix. Eac tweet and 6X8 will be running on each channel. What do u fellas recommend? I'd love to know cuz I'm ready to pull the trigger on an amp. Thanks

 

I am running a Kappa four amp to power Kappa Components and coax in my doors. Probably over kill at 125 x4 rms, but they sound sweet. The Inifinitiy's use power pretty well and will scream when powered. The Referance amp you mentioned will work well. I say go for it.
