Wiring Amp
Ok folks, I removed the back seat and that was an absolute blast, can't tell you how much fun it was to squeeze my hands back there. Overall, took about 10 min once I know what I was doing (tip of the day, use your free hand to pull on the corner of the lower portion of the seat so that your left hand ((if doing left side)) can squeeze in).
I also removed the grey metal carpet / cover, now I rode to work today without anything in the back and it's noise so I'm thinking of adding Dynamat. My question to you well knowledge folks is this; if I use Dynamat, can I still put back the grey carpet / metal cover over it of will it not fit anymore due to the Dynamat?
Thanks,
E

i drove around a while with that carpet and back seat off when i was installing my system and all that road noise drove me crazy. but once i cut the carpet for my amp, re-installed the carpet, and put the seat back, the noise was gone. So, dynamat wasn't really needed for me. If you can afford it, go for it, but personally, i didnt see the need for it.
Yeah, I completed the work last Sunday, i put some and it made a small difference with the road noise, I only did the back wall but it's a little quieter. I can tell because of the magnaflow's are quieter (may not be a good think though..:-)
All that's left is adding the sub in, still debating between single or double 10's or single 12 or the new JL single 15 (low profile) to fit under the rear seat.
