fried amp

Blew my kicker Z750 on my way home yesterday that was powering two kicker 10's what are my options? I found the same amp online for 260 on Amazon. Are there any other comparable amps???

Have you checked out what Alpine has to offer. I have had there stuff in my cars for years now and I have never burned up an amp, I have blown some subs though. The amp in my mind for your app. would be the MRP-M1000. It is a class D mono block amp.

Specs:
RMS Power (at 14.4V, 20-200Hz)
Per channel into 4 ohms: 600W x 1 (1% THD)
Per channel into 2 ohms: 1000W x 1

Come to think of it i did see some on amazon's site for about the price you found your other amp... It may be worth checking out.

Kicker repaired the amp for $84 =) and they warranty the work!

if I were you I would figure out why the amplifier broke so it doesn't happen again.

You dont need a 2 channel to run 2 subs. Whoever told you that is a noob.

K well can you tell me how I should have them wired to the amp? I have two pos and two neg goin into one pos and one neg on the amp? Could this cause the amp to burn up???

Assuming you have 2 single 4ohm subwoofers and are going for a 2 ohm load on your amp try this

Thanks fozzy I'll give that a try when I get the amp back again, I had both subs plugged into the amp.
