I had recently killed my amp(Profile California 3600 Series)when hooking up a battery backwards. -dont ask,long story- I got in touch with Profile Consumer Electronics Customer Service-Steve, and he advised me how much it would cost and where to send the amp. I did not have a receipt and it only cost me $30 to get it troubleshot and fixed and $6 to get it shipped back. They were able to fix it and ship it the same exact day that they recieved it! Needless to say, I got my amp back in less than a weeks time and it works just as good as new!
