Ran 0 Ga last week....
Looks good except your ground runs are a little long. You may want to put the ground distro block under the larger amp and make that 0awg ground run a lot shorter.
But besides that nice job!

yeah, you're right. Right now, the ground is at the locatation/hole where the jack used to be. I'm in the middle of a box build and once finished, the ground will need to be moved to allow for more clearance for the enclosure. This should shorten it quite a bit, but I still might move my block where you suggested. Thanks for the suggestion
Thanks. I picked up a few tips from you guys. I'm just waiting to decide on what subs to go with (and UPS to refund my $), until then I will be building the box. My choices of subs are (2) 12" Polk Mobile Monitors, (2) 10" or 12" Memphis S Class slim fits( people have raved about them) IDQ 10's, Digital Designs 1508's( if I can figure out where to port this thing), Sound Splinter RL-i8's or multiple 8's of some different brand. The Birthsheet on my PG mono is 826w

you mean since they would be up/down firing in limited room? The box I have designed for the 1508's is upfiring. I would buy like 1" enclosure feet from parts express, put those around the subs, then mount Lexxan on top of the feet. It would definitley push up into the seat. I might have to take that metal pan out of the bottom
Yeah, we'll see how it goes. I was expecting to go with a bigger amp later and possibly putting 1000rms to each sub. Or maybe run (2) amps to the subs.
Ok, Subs got in yesterday and I am pretty much done with the box build. I just have to sand some uneven edges, make the hole in my top baffle bigger, bondo the seams and paint. I put the box in, with the 8's, just to see what it would sound like. I simply couldnt imagine finishing it up by doing all of the above, if it sounded like garbage. Well, it sounded sick as hell, and I wasn't even putting but half the power on them that I want to. I'm trying to sell the PG amp right now(it's birthsheet reads 826rms) and I want to go with a Brutus 1610d. But I can honestly say that I am happy with the way they sound right now.
Anyways, here are some pics. I don't know if they camera started to get drained or what, but some of the pics turned out kind of blurry in the end.

on a side note... u have the exact same interior i do, mine came with those same light grey stupid seats. i had to have the seats done to match the door panels.
u dont want those exskeetin into the seat it will muck up the speaker

When I tested it out, I put blocks between the box and the seat. I bought 1" speaker feet from parts express that I was going to put around the subs and mount plexiglass on top of, for protection. UPS lost my shipment( I swear I'm sick of those bastards), so I'm waiting on the feet to come in.
